Homecoming Game!

Slayde realizing he had on a garter...about to eat it!

With their mum/garter on

They are really starting to favor, don't you think?

This picture actually made me teary eyed! She looks so grown up!

So big with his name on the back!
I love this picture because you can see his two snaggle teeth on the bottom!
Well Friday night we had our homecoming at Dawson. We played the Wellman Wildcats and lost in a very exciting game. The guys played great considering several were sick. My niece, Jessica, was in the homecoming court and looked absolutely gorgeous! I didn't get a picture of her all dressed up because I was video taping for Jana. It makes me sad to think this is her last homecoming :( Sagen and Slayde wore their Dawson gear! I ordered Slayde a jersey and Sagen has a cheerleading uniform. A mother of one of my students made their mum and garter. They turned out really cute! (Thanks Denise!) Here are a few pictures

Spirit Days!

My two red raiders! Slayde had on his Texas Tech caps! I can't imagine what tuition will be like when they get there....

Go Texas Tech! Guns up!

This was her camo outfit. Nana put a DD in camo and put camo trip around the skirt. Debbie accessorized her with a matching bow for shirt and hair!

Here are a few pics from spirit week. I didn't get a picture of her dressed up for pajama day or fashion disaster :(

Homecoming week

Sagen, Jett, and Skylar playing on an empty trailer during the bonfire.

She wouldn't smile...she was way hyper!

Sniff...sniff Jessica's last bonfire and parade!

Sagen with some of her classmates
This weeks is homecoming week. We have a "theme" each day. On Monday we had "pajama" day, Tuesday was "fashion disaster," Wednesday was "favorite team," Thursday was "camo" day, and Friday is Purple and White day. Sagen had fun dressing up each day (Thank you nana and Deb for helping us find outfits and sewing her the cutest camo outfit!) On Tuesday we had our parade and bonfire. Sagen's class rode on a western float. The theme was "rope the wildcats" and all the kids dressed like cowboys and wore bandannas. I think it turned out really cute!

happy birthday Keat!

Casen's a little out numbered, he was a good sport!

Girls just want to have fun!

Opey and Slayde!

Getting all dolled up!

A few weekends ago we had Keatyn's third birthday. I can't believe she is three years old! She has an awesome birthday party at the La Bebe cottage. They got to dress up, had their makeup done, painted a craft, then had a real tea party! They all loved it!

Tylenol...orajel...teething tabs...and 2 teeth later!

MMM...feels good on my gums!

It melts my heart...she will sit in the floor and play with him for a long time! Such a good big sister.

My new face ooooooo

Go Dragons! Sagen and Jett at Meet the Dragons.

I can predict lots of boys hearts getting broke! Sagen and Skylar at Meet the Dragons

Well it has been a LONG and tiring week. Sagen was sick last week with an ear infection and Slayde was getting fussy so I knew he was getting sick too. We took him to the doctor on Thursday and all that was wrong was he was teething. Friday night we were up solid until 5:30 am! It was torture! Saturday night wasn't much better...probably until about 3 in the morning. Nothing helped! We tried Tylenol, orajel, teething tablets...nothing comforted him. Finally Saturday morning I noticed one tooth popped through! Also, yesterday the one beside it peeped through. So I guess that was why he was so fussy...double teething! Here are a few pictures from football games and his new face. It cracks me up!
